• All content, logos, designs, and materials created by Kreate by Design  remain the property of Kreate by Design  unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.

• Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the work created for their business needs unless otherwise agreed.
   

6. Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on service completion and contractual agreements.

• Deposits and payments for work already completed are non-refundable.
   

7. Limitation of Liability
Kreate by Design  is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• Errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party service providers.

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits due to website downtime, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
