Kreate by Design KXD provides premium web design, branding, and digital strategy services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- Brand identity and visual design
- Digital marketing and growth strategy
- UI/UX design and optimization
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kreate by Design KXD and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to deliverables as specified in their project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Deliver content and feedback in a timely manner
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Ensure they have rights to all content they provide
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
- A deposit is required to commence work
- Milestone payments may be structured throughout the project
- Final deliverables are released upon full payment
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreate by Design KXD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We strive for excellence in all our work but cannot guarantee specific business results.
